I had to return a shirt that didn’t fit right, and uh, it was way smoother than I expected. The steps were easy to follow, and I got the return info quickly. I didn’t have to chase anyone down or wait forever, which was nice. Refund came through fine too.

I used a promo code on Google Merchandise store for a shirt and sticker pack, and it actually went through fine at checkout. The discount showed up right away, which was nice because I kinda expected to have to mess with it more tbh.
The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that one older code I tried didn’t work, so I had to copy in another one. Not a huge deal tho, and overall it was still reliable.

"Decent designs, but they feel a little too safe"
My first reaction was that the merch looks clean, but nothing really grabbed me right away. Some of the shirts and bottles have a nice simple look, and I can see people using them, but my gut feeling was that a lot of it leans more toward office swag than something I’d be excited to pick out.
I’d probably be more into it if there were some bolder colors or designs that felt a little less basic than just the logo. It’s not bad by any means, just kind of safe and not super memorable. I’d give it 3 stars...

My hoodie got here exactly when they said it would, which was nice. I was half expecting some random delay because that always seems to happen when I’m actually waiting for something, but nope, it just showed up with no hassle.

"Nice eco-friendly picks, but shipping stood out"
I mostly remember being happy that they had recycled options, which is what I was looking for. The products themselves seemed solid. The one thing that stuck with me, though, was the shipping packaging, it felt like there was more of it than needed. If they cut that down a bit, the whole experience would feel a lot more in line with the eco-friendly vibe.

Well... I had a good experience using Google Merchandise store. The site loaded quickly, and the layout was simple enough that I didn’t feel like I was hunting around forever just to find things.
I mostly looked at shirts and a few small gift items, and it was easy to browse through everything. The filters worked fine for me, and the product pages had the details I needed without feeling cluttered.
Checkout was smooth too, which I always appreciate. There weren’t any weird extra steps or confusing buttons, so overall it felt like a really easy shopping site to use.

I checked on a few things I wanted and, for once, most of them were actually in stock. Like, literally the sizes and colors I was looking for were available, so I didn’t have to keep checking back or wait around for restock emails. Made the whole order super easy. Good experience overall

I ordered a Google t-shirt and the color looked pretty much exactly like it did in the pictures online. No weird fading, no random different shade when it showed up. that was the main thing I was hoping for, so I’m happy with it.

Ordering itself was fine, but everything after that felt way more frustrating than it should’ve. I had to dig around just to find my order details, and the updates weren’t very clear, so I kept wondering what was actually going on. For the Google Store, I expected the account and order management to be a lot smoother. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely made me question whether I should’ve bought it somewhere else

My order wasn’t updating and I was starting to think I’d made a mistake, but support got back to me and had it sorted within about a day. I kind of regret spending time stressing over it instead of just contacting them right away. Not the smoothest start, but they handled it well in the end

The order itself was totally fine, but the customs and duties ended up costing way more than I expected. I really wish those fees had been made clearer before checkout, because it changed the whole experience for me. i felt frustrated and let down by the end, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again anytime soon

Paying with my card went through without any trouble, so that part was fine. I just wish there were more payment options available, because it felt a little lacking compared to what I expected.

"Support was slower than I expected"
I ordered a few things and, from what I remember, the order itself eventually turned out fine. The issue was when I had a tracking question and reached out to customer service. It took a couple of days to get the first reply, and even then it didn’t really answer what I needed, so I had to follow up again. The items were okay once they got here, but the whole support experience stuck with me as more frustrating than it should’ve been. For a store this size, I expected quicker help.

The tracking info was barely updating, so for a few days I had no clue where my package even was. It did show up in the end, but the waiting around and checking over and over was annoying. Anyway.

"Exchange took longer than expected"
The exchange did go through in the end, so I can’t say it didn’t work, but it was slower than I expected. What made it more frustrating was getting different answers depending on who I talked to, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on. Overall it worked, just not a very smooth experience

I ordered a hoodie the shipping cost was actually fair for once. Like, why do some stores act like they’re personally flying the package to your house? This one wasn’t crazy at all, and it showed up in a decent amount of time too. Nothing to complain about here.

"Great hoodie, world-tour-level shipping"
I ordered a hoodie from Google Merchandise store, and to be fair, the hoodie itself was totally fine. No complaints there. The shipping, though, apparently decided to take the scenic route across the planet.
Tracking barely moved for days, which was super reassuring in that classic “is my package still real?” kind of way. It ended up taking almost a month to arrive, and then I got surprised with extra customs fees that weren’t exactly obvious during checkout.
Customer support did reply, but it felt copy-paste, like my message had been gently acknowledged by a polite robot. Not the worst shopping experience of my life, but unless the international shipping improves, I probably won’t be ordering again anytime soon.
